Under 18 Hours Left to get the MedX Full Pass (Deadlines Just Changed)

You asked. We listened.

We've received a lot of messages from students asking if they could still register for MedX 2026, so we checked our capacity and were able to open up some additional spots. That means registration has officially been extended, but the new deadlines are final.

⏰ New Deadlines

Full Pass, $12.00. Extended by 24 hours. Registration closes Tuesday, August 11 at 4:00 PM ET. Includes the full conference experience, plus catered breakfast and lunch, drinks, priority seating, and the full MedX resource and mentorship pack.

General Pass, $5.00. Registration remains open until Friday, August 14 at 11:59 PM ET. Includes full access to keynotes, panels, and workshops, networking, your digital certificate, gift bag, dessert, and the official MedX digital toolkit.

These are the final deadlines. Registration may close earlier if we reach capacity, so if you've been waiting to register, this is your chance.

One day, keynote speeches from physicians and health sector leaders, hands on workshops, live Q&A panels, and real networking with people already working in the field. This year's program also includes an official greeting from the Premier of Ontario, Doug Ford.

If you want the Full Pass with catered breakfast and lunch, you have less than 24 hours. If you're going for the General Pass, you now have until Friday, but seats are limited and capacity could close registration sooner than the deadline.
